DELIVERY AND RETURNS
In the scenario that an order from SELF. THE LABEL to the customer is not delivered due to fault of the courier company, it is the responsibility of SELF. THE LABEL to either replace the item or refund the customer in full or issue a Gift card for the full amount depending on the original terms of sale. Please note that if a customer opts for no signature on delivery, any parcels lost due to this is no longer under the responsibility of SELF. THE LABEL.
In the scenario that a return from the customer to SELF. THE LABEL is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to wear any losses as a result of the lost package, therefore, all returns must be sent back to SELF. THE LABEL.
