    As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

    MY ORDER IS DELAYED

    We're sorry about that! The delivery times provided are approximate and we cannot be responsible for orders which arrive outside of our provided timeframe estimation. Common causes of delay are examination at customs and processing delays at large shipping hubs. We recommend getting in touch with the carrier as a first port of call by using the shipping information provided at the time of dispatch.
